How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 2-5 business days.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped by DHS, EMS, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Typically, delivery takes 5-15 working days after it’s been shipped, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control. Packages from our warehouse in Irvine, California will be shipped by USPS, FedEx, or DHL. Packages direct from our manufacturer in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. These details play a big factor in when your item will arrive.

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive your tracking information within 3-5 business days. Tracking isn’t always available for items shipped out using free shipping. In this case, please contact us at [email protected] and include your order number if your tracking number hasn’t updated in 10 business days and we will provide it for you.
